Our High-Tensile Fabric Conveyor Belts, primarily utilizing EP (Polyester) and NN (Nylon) fabrics, are engineered for heavy-duty industrial applications requiring extreme durability and reliable power transmission. These belts feature premium rubber covers with tensile strengths ranging from 15 MPa to 24 MPa, ensuring superior resistance to abrasion and tearing. With a manufacturing capacity of up to 3300mm in width and a strictly controlled quality process, Boao ensures that every high-tensile belt provides optimal stability for transporting lump, granular, and powdery materials.
Key Features
- Superior Tensile Strength

NOTE ON TECHNICAL DATA: As a specialized custom solution provider, Hebei Boao views these specifications as performance benchmarks. We provide precision engineering, meaning parameters such as Belt Width (up to 3300mm), Cover Thickness (up to 10mm), Ply Count (1-10 plies), and Rubber Grade (15-24 MPa) are fully negotiable. Every high-tensile belt is validated in our in-house laboratory to ensure it meets international standards for tensile strength and abrasion loss.

FAQs
1. Is MPa related to the strength of the belt core?
No. MPa refers to the tensile strength of the rubber cover. The strength of the belt core (carcass) is measured in N/mm (e.g., EP200).
2. What is the benefit of an EP carcass over NN?
EP fabric offers much lower working elongation than NN, making it the preferred choice for long conveyors where belt stretch must be minimized.
3. What standard does Boao use for fire resistance testing?
Our products can be certified according to GB/T10822-2014, which includes rigorous tests for flame duration and static conductivity.
4. How many plies can be integrated into the belt?
We can customize the belt structure with anywhere from 1 to 10 plies of fabric, depending on the required tension and load.
