Product Classification and Features

A. Common Idler

The Common Idler is the standard workhorse of any conveyor system. It is primarily used on the return side to support the empty belt and on the carrying side as part of the Troughing Idler Set. They are built for general applications, providing reliable support and smooth rotation with minimal friction.

B. Comb Idler

The Comb Idler features a series of elastic rings, resembling a comb, typically mounted on the return side. Its main function is to prevent material adhesion to the return side of the belt, effectively cleaning the belt surface as it passes. This reduces material buildup on components and improves belt tracking.

C. Self-Aligning Idler

The Self-Aligning Idler (also known as Training Idler) is crucial for correcting belt misalignment. When the belt drifts sideways, the friction and pivot mechanism of the self-aligning idler automatically steers the belt back to the center of the conveyor frame, preventing belt edge damage and spillage.

D. Spiral Idler

The Spiral Idler is a variant of the Comb Idler, also used mainly on the return side. It features a rubberized spiral groove that runs along the entire length of the roller. E. Troughing Idler Set
