Project Background
Since 2022, BAO has supplied specialized conveyor belts to several coal coking facilities operated by China Coal in Northern China, particularly in Shanxi Province—a core hub for the group’s coking operations. Heat and Chemical Resistance
High-performance EPDM-based cover rubber capable of withstanding continuous material temperatures up to 150°C and peak surface temperatures of 180°C, with enhanced resistance to minor chemical exposure.
Outstanding Abrasion Resistance
Specially formulated covers achieving abrasion loss <150 mm³ (target grade), well above DIN 22102 standards for extended life against sharp coke and coal.
Strength and Durability
EP 400–630 N/mm tensile strength ranges, ply adhesion >4.5 N/mm, and tensile strength >18 MPa to handle heavy loads and impact.
